Cut the Cake
Julie Manning has devoted her career to the field of Confectionary Arts. As an artist growing up, she has applied her skills and talents to the wonderful world of Cake Decorating. Having an eye for design and detail, she is known for her beautifully executed cakes, and has created cakes for well-known figures such as James Brown, Lauren Hill, Bob Timberlake and B.B. King. You want it, she can do it!
Julie has also had her cakes published in "Brides" magazine, as well as a few others, and was highlighted for her Wedding Cakes on Channel 13s broadcast of "Todays Smart Woman". She won the title of Grand Champion in the Southeastern USA Retail Bakers Associations Cake Decorating Competition in 2005. She placed First in the Wedding Cake category as well as the 3-D Sculpture and Rolled Fondant categories. Recently, Julie celebrated being named Best of The Knot by brides of Central Florida and Wedding Wire.com!
