The Art League was founded in 1929 and chartered in 1932. We have grown to a membership of over 400 artists and supporters who contribute to our artistic and educational mission. We have finished renovating our physical facilities to accommodate and increase our already-full program of regular weekly classes and special workshops in all 2-D and 3-D media. And local artists regularly exhibit in our spacious galleries. We also offer scholarship and outreach programs to encourage creativity among local young people.
